Adult Sports exists here at the YMCA to provide an opportunity for you to come and enjoy friendly competition. We stress fair play and good sportsmanship that provides an environment favorable for anyone who wants to play. We have adult sports leagues and tournaments. Open Volleyball offers men and women a chance to play volleyball, meet new people and get fit while having fun. Members only.

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Adult open basketball offers men and women the opportunity for some friendly competition on the basketball court. Offered at the Jamerson YMCA.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
12:45 - 3pm Downtown YMCA
Racquetball Tournament
An annual tournament is held yearly at the downtown branch.
