  1. Time limit will be posted daily on the sign-in sheet (peak season (January - April) and peak hour (9-12; 4-7 pm). YMCA personnel may alter the time to accommodate heavy usage.

  2. You must sign-in for next available time to ensure your use of equipment.

  3. You will have 5 minutes to begin your registered time on the equipment or forfeit your turn.

  4. Please be courteous and wipe off machine after use (wipes, towels and spray will be provided).

  5. Proper clothing and shoes must be worn at all times while using equipment (no sandals, open-toed shoes or boots will be permitted).

  6. Please return magazines to rack after use.

  7. Proper use of the equipment enhances your results. Trainers are available for assistance.

  8. No food or drink allowed in area (exception-sealed, plastic, water bottles).

  9. At any time, YMCA staff reserves the right to preview and determine the programming format for the TV channeling based on fulfilling the YMCA Mission.
