Fitness orientations are offered at no charge to all new YMCA members and those members that have not yet reveived the orientation.  A fitness coach will teach you proper use of all cardiovascular and strength training machines. You will be instructed on using proper form and technique in a basic exercise program. Great for beginners, those returning to an exercise program or experienced exercisers looking to get more out of their workout. Speak with a membership representative for more details.
